Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into audit pro as Scheduler.
2. publish any of the planned audit/ Actual audit/ audit reports.
3. go to email and check approver email
4. Click on the hyper link in the email.
5. Log in with correct credentials and observe

Rechecked in NXP DB and it is fixed as Hot Fix
