Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on Business rules
3)Click on notification setup
4)Click on edit icon against the "Effectiveness CloseOut" and create a reminder
5)Now try to select the Created reminder against "Effectiveness CloseOut" drop down
6)And also check some other notification setups
