Alert updation while selecting template via charter/Bom or add supplier option

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to supplier portal
2.Create a supplier program
3. select template in both charter and supplier option
4. Click on save and check the alert

Description

While creating a program by selecting both charter template and BOM/supplier template getting alert "You have selected both template and BOM"
The program is ignoring charter template and accepting the template selected in the BOM/Add supplier option.
This should be mentioned in the alert otherwise we are not able to identify which template is used.
