Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Breakdown Request from activities tab
3. Click on New button
4. Enter more than 255 characters, it accepts only 93 characters

Issue 1: Breakdown Request: Need option to enter more than 255 characters in breakdown description

Issue 2: Label rename issue:

Breakdown Work order --> The alert actual start date and actual end date not selected should be renamed to Breakdown attended start date and breakdown attended end date

Actual Problem ActivityNot Filled should be renamed to Kindly enter actual problem activity
