Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on master tag
3)Create a new master tag with name "New tag"
4)Create another master tag with name "New tag."
5)Now Edit "New tag." and rename to "New tag"
6)Observe system will allow to save duplicate entry
