1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI

4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, (A new tab will open)

5.Click on Process VDA menu icon and click on Failure Analysis

6.Right on Effect block and Select
Assign Severity rating

7.Select any value from the dropdown and click Update button

8.Again Right on Effect block and Select Edit Effect option

9.Without doing any change click on the OK button directly

10.Severity rating is duplicated

11.Now delete all the Severity

12.System removes only one Severity
