Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Select Canbuss PI and add function/requirement/failure
3.select FSR
4.add function A1 and requirement R1 to safety goal 3
5.And function a2 and requirement R2 to safety goal 1
5.decompose the function a2 to a1 for the higher ASIL value
6.Now delete the decomposed ASIL value B
7.the ASIL value for function a2 and R2 does not revert back
8.Observe the result
