Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on perform audit
3)Click on Upload audit record
4)Mark Yes for any checkpoint
5)Right click on NC/OFI status to upload OFI
6)Fill all the mandatory fields
7)Check the Mandatory auditee response and Save the OFI
8)Retrieve the Same OFI and Observe the Mandatory auditee response field

Description

Mandatory auditee response is not working as expected while filling for OFI while uploading ofi mandatory is auditee response is checked after filling all the details clicked on save to save the OFI again retrieve the same OFI system displays as unchecked
