Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to ewqims application
2)Go To APQP Module
3)Create a supplier project
4)Go To Template listing screen
5)Create Master Template
6)Map the supplier project in the template
7)Go To Program listing screen
8)Create a new program with the Master Template
9)Observe the Project in the Vendor Tree view
10)Supplier projects will not be listed
11)Log in as SQE,SQM and Supplier Primary contact person
12)Go To Program listing screen
13)Observe the listing page
14)Program will not be listed
