Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor with DD/MM/YYYY and YYYY/MM/DD format
2. Go to closed out page
3. Click on particular audit
4. Open the finding
5. Make Verified and validated as Yes
6. Click on save button
7. Check the Effectiveness Due Date
