Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment
4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open
5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Failure Analysis
6.Right click on Operation on the LHS and select Create and Map and then Effects
7.Select an Effect

Description
Need to add Severity drop down as in Design VDA.
By default system is taking Severity value as 10 in Failure(Effect Column) and 1 in Optimization

Dev Team has provided Assign Severity Rating in Cycle 3. So Severity for Effect can be added for RISK.
But there is no way to add Severity for OPTIMIZATION.
