Process VDA - Structure Analysis - Server error is displayed while selecting Create Operation and FourM Categories.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment

4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Structure Analysis

6.Right click on the Segment and Select Create Operation category
7. right click on Operation and Select Create FourM category

8.Observe the Server Error
