Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on checklist menu
3)click on checkpoint
4)Observe the score drop down (Displays N/A)
5)Click on save after setting score as N/A
6)Again pick the same Checkpoint
7)Observe the drop down
8)Try to create a new score value
9)Observe the drop down
