2)Click on LPA category
3)Click on default LPA category
4)Click on delete button
5)Observe

Description
LPA category after delete displays Blank page
1)When deleted displays server error
2)when tried to save nothing is happening
3)When tried to add NC category displays blank page and Created category is not getting saved and when tried to add for 2nd time displays record already exist alert
4)when clicked on Show all button displays available categories from Audit program ->Audit pro
5)Add/view clause displays blank though it is selected in LPA program screen
6)Some times Category Buttons are changing
