New document request: When expanding the level ,it keeps on loading (only when the level has one child folder and it has no access)

Access rights:
Parent folder
Access for sites: no access, no access
Access for groups: every one group: uncheck inherit and give attach rights, full access approver group: Uncheck inherit and give no access, another group dont change anything
Access for users

Child folder

Access for sites:No change
Access for groups:dont change admin group and everyone , uncheck inherit for another group and give no access
