1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI

4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on Failure Analysis

5.Right click on Failure and Select Add Design Effect and wait and click untill Stop script pops out.

6.Right click on any Effect and select Insert Branch

7.Add new Effect a click on the Severity Dropdown
