1.Click on new doc request
2.Select the level
3.Click on browse
4.Select 3 files
5.Check the doc number and name in table

Description
Random number should show the number like the below example
First time when am uploading 3 docs say Doc A,Doc B and Doc C
Then it shows the doc name as Doc A(1),Doc B(1) and Doc C(1) it should not show Doc A(1)Doc B(2) and Doc C(3)
And when am uploding the documents say doc b, doc e then it should show Doc B(2) and Doc E(1) since doc b is requesting for the second time so it should show 2
