Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document

4.Select a Column -> Create a Hyperlink

5.Right-Click on the Newly Created Column Hyperlink

6.Observe the Result

Description

In Main2, Right-Click is not working for the Newly Created Hyperlink but its working when the Document is Refreshed (This issue was occurring for Header and Column)

a) Column Hyperlink: By Right-Click on the newly created Hyperlink its displaying JS Error as "Line: 216
Error: Unable to get property 'nodeName' of undefined or null reference
UtlTestElemName
ColMouseDown"

b) Header Hyperlink: For the Newly Created Hyperlink there is no Delete Hyperlink option by Right-Click on the Hyperlink but by Refreshing the Document its displaying Delete Hyperlink option by Right-Click.
