Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Open the project
3)click on Document viewer
4)Drag the document from the local drive and place near the Input/Output/Additional document upload section
5)Provide the Document name and Click on Upload
6)Observe the result

It Keeps on loading
