Process VDA - Edited Cause/Effect displays the Older data in Edit Effect/Cause Dialog window

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment

4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Failure Analysis

6.Right click on Cause/Effect and Select Edit

7.Edit the Cause/Effect and OK.

8.Observe the Edited field and again right click on Cause/Effect and select Edit

9.Observe the edit window

Description

After editing the Cause/Effect, modified data is displayed in all the areas.
But editing it again system displays the previous data in edit dialog window.
