1.LOgin to supplier portal
2. Create supplier and ente value in supplier user field and check

Description

1.Accepting values other than numeric for supplier users field and autosaved
2.If we enter the number of supplier users =3 then only 2 can be added, as the admin user is included automatically and added as one count.
This makes confusion so no exclude the admin user from the count and allow all the supplier users as per the count given during creation.
