Process VDA -Structure Analysis - Deleting FourM Category and Operation is not working as expected(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment

4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Structure Analysis

6.Right click on FourM category and Select Delete FourM category

7.Refresh the page and Observe the FourM category

8.Repeat Step 6 and Step 7

9. Now Right Click on Operation and Select Delete Operation

10.Refresh the Page

11.Here operation is deleted along with operation category

Description

While deleting FourM category for the first time and Refresh, it is not deleted. But deleting again it is deleted.

While Deleting Operation, it is deleting Operation category along with the Operation Category.
