Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into Audit Pro as Scheduler.
2. Go to Module Setup.
3. Click on Audit program menu.
4. Go to Audit forms mapping.
6. Select an audit form and attach attachment.
7. Go to Doc pro and observe
