Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Select PI OPPO and Context as Mobile

3.Select Hazard and Risk Analysis Tab

4.Click on Operational Situations

5.Click on Add/Edit Operational Situational Categories

6.Click Insert Row and add operations

7.Now Press Enter button and Observe the result

Description

While adding operational Categories by inserting row and when pressing enter button it creates duplicate Operational categories

If we click on OK button while adding operations it does not duplicate the Categories
