Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Business Rule
3. Set Reminder for TBM 2 days before and after
4. Set Reminder for UBM, CBM and BD 2 days after
5. Click on PM Supervisor Calendar
6. Assign Person for WO - 27-06-2019
7. Observe the Mail

Verified in last cycle and send the issue through mail. still now it is in open status, so added in redmine
