1)Login to module as auditee
2)Click on Corrective actions
3)Click on Car number hyperlink
4)Select the NC and Click on Response time extension
5)Select the Extension request date
6)Click on submit
7)Observe the email content

Requesting approvers to approve response time extension and action owner change email is not displaying Auditee contact person name and also Auditee contact person is looping in "CC" as well

Not able to verify because Request email is not generating in NXP DB

Issue verified in NXP DB and Closed Email is generating based on sender email
