Process Category - Structure Analysis - Created Operation/FourM categories are not updated in the dropdown. It is listed only after refresh.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI and Segment

4.Click on Process Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA PFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Process tab and click on Structure Analysis

6.Create a new Operation Category and FourM Category

7.Click on the Operation Category and FourM Category dropdown

8.Refresh the page and Click on the Operation Category and FourM Category dropdown

Refresh issue has been reported earlier. But this issue is reported newly.
