Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Groups
3. Create as Maintenance Activity person
4. Check the Maintenance Rights (All or Individual Rights)
5. Click on PM Supervisor calendar
6. Click on Maintenance Activity person Icon
7. Observe the pop up window
8. Click on Equipment Skill matrix
9. Observe the behavior
