Doc pro settings-->Routes: Add position button not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Doc pro setting menu from Setup tab
3. Click on Route menu
4. Click on New Route button
5. Click on Add position button
6. Observe the result

Description

Doc pro settings-->Routes--> While clicking Add position button, pop up window does not appeared.
