Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enter the supplier management url
2. Select any project
3. Verify the % complete option in the delieverable list

Description
PLease find the issues found while updating % complete value > 100
1. Alert message not getting if the % complete value is above 100.
2. Able to update 100% for the task with predecessor, only if the % complete value entered above 100
3. If the % completion entered above 100, task % changes to 100 but Actual finish date is not updated, tick mark not showing up
