Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Failure Tree
6. Connect with Child Element
7. Click Flow up icon on Child Element
8. Create Functions, Requirement and Failure for Parent Element
9. Click on VOC
10. Select Child BOM Element
11. Click on VOC Traceability Icon
12. Observe the Result
