Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on process
5.Click on Failure Analysis
6.Click on table view
7.Right click on failure column field
8.click on Associate Design failure
9.Double click on Function and Enter one data
10.Click on Enter key then JS error is display
11.Try to add Requirement and Failure
12.Observe the Result

Description

In Associate Design Failure if we add new function JS Error will display on the screen then when we try to add requirement and failure field we cannot able to add it will display "Please select an function to add requirement" like this and cannot able to add it.Please verify the attachment.
