Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into Audit pro as Auditor.
2. Go to Auditor tab.
3. Click on Perform Audit menu.
4. Click on Upload Audit attachment and add attachment.
5. Go to Document Pro.
6. Expand Doc Pro level and observe
