Steps To Reproduce:

Create a suppler and add some parts against with some plants
Click on loacation and add supplier contact
Enter all mandatory fields in contact screen and save
Observe,
Close button is not visible or properly aligned with screen
Unable to close the contact screen
On clicking supplier details bread crumb page is not getting navigates to corresponding screen
