Access Rights:when the right is set for the parent folder, then it should inherit to all the subfolders

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EWQIMS
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Select the level and click access for sites
4.Select no access for sites
5.Click on Access for groups
6.Attach right and view history rights are set

Description

1.Access Rights:When the site has no access, then the group should show no access, rather its showing as attach right and view history right

2.Parent folder
sites→no access
groups→Attach right and full access
Sub folder should shows the same
burt it shows like
sites→No access
Group→Attach rights and no access
