AIAG VDA- Design and Process: Risk - While adding data without Control method in Detection column, system automatically displays the same data in Prevention column also.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on Design FMEA
5.Double click on Current Detection control column field
6.Pop up window will display -> Leave first field blank and Enter all other field
7.Click on Ok button
8.Double click on Current preventive control column field
9.Pop up window will display
10.Check in that pop up window field it fill with data of detective control
11.click on ok button
12.Observe the Result

Description

In DFMEA/PFMEA,when double click on current detective control a pop up window will display in that without adding control method then add on all other field and click on ok button then double click on preventive control all data will automatically display in that column.please verify the attachment.

The flag for determining whether a Control is Preventive or Detective is stored on the Control Method. So, if no Control Method is being created, the default is to assume a Preventive Control Method.

This is as per Design: The flag for determining whether a Control is Preventive or Detective is stored on the Control Method. So, if no Control Method is being created, the default is to assume a Preventive Control Method.
