Steps:
Perform audit
Click on audit status
Select No NC
Select cancel for the alert Do you want to upload OFI?
Form will open for publish
Click on publish
Observe,
Improper alert is getting displayed "Do you want to reaudit?

Not an issue. It is a functionality for sqe to choose whether follow up audits are needed are not
