Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
8.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document
9.Select a Column -> Right-Click to Select Insert Header option
10.Now 2nd User should Insert a Header in the same Column
11.Observe the Result

NOTE: This Issue will be replicate in same Format using by the Multi Users it will not replicate for different Formats.
For PI it will replicate in any of the PI's but we need to insert the Header in the same Column only which was inserted by the 1st User.
