1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Select any PI and add function/Requirement /Failure
3.Select Failure Tree and Hide the function/Requirement /Failure
4.Now do the Flow down for the child element
5.Observe the result

Issue is not fixed in EFC Tree. Function for the Flowdown element alone is displayed when expand/Collapse is done.
