LPA : Save Template is not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as admin
2)Create LPA schedule
3)After Schedule is created
4)Click on save template
5)Observe

Description

Save Template is not working when clicked on save template does not display any validation button goes on and off

and also when clicked on save from Delete not confirm audits-->save template displays "Template" name as "Undefined"
