After saving the Concern initial evaluation with team and approaches, removing the approach list in Business Rule page removes the data from Initial evaluation page too.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Action tab.
3. Click on Concern Initial evaluation menu.
4. Click on available concern waiting for initial evaluation.
5. Set Priority, team and save.
6. Go to Business Rule page.
7. Go to Approval Options.
8. Un check all approaches and save.
9. Go to Concern initial evaluation and open the saved concern.
10. Observe the result.
