Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Click on main and select Global PI
3.Select VOC and click add button
4.Refersh the page and again clickon add button
5.Now right click on first branch and select Add function branch
6.add function and Requirement for first branch and Observe the result
7.Refresh the page and observe the result
