Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on DFMEA
5.Add data for function, Requirement, Failure, Risk and Optimization
6.open AIAG Design FMEA and open failure analysis
7.Observe the result

Only risk data is displayed partially. Optimization data is not displayed.

Expected Result: As of now this feature has to be removed.
