Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as FST user
2. Click on Main menu
3. Click on Right click on any other PI
4. Select Import option
5. Select a document and import it (The document should have empty row with border)
6. Observe the result

Description
The system is displaying alert message as "Please import the valid Excel and Maintain the proper Headings and Sheet Name." after importing PI with border on empty cell in excel sheet
Expected Result -> The system should allow to import and PI should be displayed on tree
