In Priority menu, if the user changes the colour, it is affecting in All concern status for closed concerns.

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to priority page.
3. Change colour of existing priority.
4. Check the colour of clsed concern in All concern status and observe

In Priority menu, if the user changes the colour, it is affecting in All concern status for closed concerns. Actually it should not affect for closed concern.
