Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module Administrator
2.Click on main Menu
3.Select a production item from the Production Item pane
4.Select Item Definition from context menu pane
5.Select Block Diagram
6.Drag outline thickness to 30 pixel
7.Observe the result

After dragging the Link thickness to 30 px, Scroll bar is displayed. and By default it does not display any value.
