Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module Administrator
2.Click on main Menu
3.Select a production item from the Production Item pane
4.Click on IFM
5.Right click on Requirement Branch and select Insert branch
6.add a requirement and right click on it
7.Observe the result
