Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, new tab will open
5.Click on AIAG VDA Design tab and click on Failure Analysis
6.Add Function and Failure
7.Now add Requirement and Reload the page
8.Observe the result

Description

Add Function to a PI and then Add Failure. Now add Requirement and Refresh the Page. Here System creates a different branches for failure and Requirement.
