Login Auditte
Select Supplier self evaluation
click on checklists link
select any one online form
Select Moto checklists which has score set as Boolean yes or No option
Actual REsult:
While changing from not ok to ok improper alert message is getting displayed on submitting

Description
Supplier Self evaluation: On clicking the checklists link it displays a window with the attached online forms. Selecting any of the online form and trying to edit the score value of checklists.(change from not OK to OK) and clicking on submit button->instead of saving "Are you want to delete" alert message is getting displayed
